Wykeham Arms
Named after William of Wykeham, Bishop of Winchester and founder of Winchester College, this special pub has a fine restaurant and a selection of traditional ales.
Set in the narrow streets between the Cathedral and the College, the Wykeham Arms is a former coaching inn right in the heart of Winchester. Apart from its beers and fine cuisine, it is also a 14 bedroom hotel.
The bar decor reminds you that you are close to the College, laid out as it is with old school desks.
The collection of small rooms which form the restaurant have a cosy feel and the olde world charm that epitomises Winchester itself.
For details of the restaurant and hotel, visit the Wykeham Arms web pages on the Fullers website.
